· Location: We are looking for coverage for Hayward, CA and Fremont, CA offices in San Francisco Bay Area
· Position Type: Locum Tenens (Temporary Assignment)
· Schedule: Mon through Fri 9am to 5pm. We are flexible with days, number-of-days in a week and hours in a day
· Start Date: Immediate
· Duration: Minimum 1 month with possibility of continued coverage requirements

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Physician (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join us on a locum tenens basis to support our growing patient population and ensure continuity of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of 5+ years of age and up
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR system
- Collaborate with clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and other providers
- Participate in care coordination and patient education
Qualifications
- MD/DO, NP, or PA with active and unrestricted CA state license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine
- Current DEA registration
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience required for NP and PA candidates
- EPIC EMR experience highly desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Spanish and/or Punjabi language fluency is a plus
