Full Job Description

Job Summary
South Denver / Englewood Area | Full-Time
Join Colorado Skin & Vein — a well-established vascular and aesthetic practice specializing in advanced vein care, injectables, lasers, and energy-based treatments.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, efficient, professional, highly accountable, and able to independently manage patients in a fast-paced specialty practice while maintaining excellent patient care and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive vascular and aesthetic consultations, follow-ups, and treatment planning
  • Conduct injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, sclerosants, biostimulants, and other vascular/aesthetic injectables
  • Perform and manage energy-based treatments including IPL, laser hair removal, vascular lasers, resurfacing lasers, RF-based treatments, and related technologies
  • Evaluate, document, and manage treatment outcomes and patient care plans
  • Assist in maintaining high clinical standards, patient satisfaction, and workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetics, vascular medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related specialty preferred
  • Current DEA registration and ability to prescribe medications and controlled substances within Colorado scope-of-practice guidelines
  • For Nurse Practitioners: Full or Provisional Prescriptive Authority in Colorado required
  • For Physician Assistants: Ability to prescribe medications under applicable Colorado collaborative agreement requirements and maintain DEA registration as applicable
  • Experience performing injectable and energy-based aesthetic treatments strongly preferred
  • Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage vascular and aesthetic patients
  • Strong clinical judgment, efficiency, professionalism, and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing both new patient consultations and follow-up care in a fast-paced specialty practice

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a provider who is dependable, clinically competent, emotionally mature, and solution-oriented — someone who can step into a busy specialty practice, communicate effectively with both patients and staff, and confidently manage their role with minimal micromanagement.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base compensation + productivity incentives
  • Established patient base and strong referral network
  • Advanced technology and extensive treatment offerings
  • Growth opportunities within a respected specialty practice
  • Supportive clinical team and leadership

Annual compensation ranges listed include combined base salary, production bonuses, commission opportunities, and other performance-based incentives. Actual compensation will vary based on prior aesthetic and vascular experience, injectable proficiency, laser/device competency, ability to independently perform consultations and follow-up care, patient retention, and overall productivity.

Providers requiring extensive training in injectables, vascular medicine, and energy-based procedures may begin at the lower end of the compensation range during the training and onboarding period. Highly experienced, revenue-producing providers with the ability to independently manage patient care and procedural treatments may qualify for compensation at the higher end of the range.
