Job Overview
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical examinations, vital signs, and medical history reviews using medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing EMR systems Experity to document findings accurately and manage electronic health records efficiently.
  • Administer injections, IV treatments and other medications, following aseptic technique and HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy.
  • Manage acute pain cases, triage urgent conditions , sent more acute things to emergency room and manage urgent care settings
  • and provide appropriate interventions such as epi pen for allergic reactions when needed.
  • Perform procedures like suturing, or I&D; surgical procedures in outpatient setting. .
  • Coordinate patient care plans involving out patient imaging if needed, specialist referrals, although MA’s and front desk assist.
  • Workman’s compensation initial and follow up exams. Company will provide training.
  • DOT physicals if certified. Company will pay for course and certificatio.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain accurate documentation for CPT coding and ICD coding to facilitate billing processes.

Experience

  • BLS
  • NCCPA or NP
  • Hands-on experience in outpatient clinics or medical offices providing primary care , emergency or urgent care preferred
  • Strong background in outpatient care settings such as urgent care centers or emergency rooms or primary care
  • Knowledge of CPT coding for procedures basic outpatient treatments; familiarity with ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards for accurate documentation.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required;
  • Excellent patient assessment skills combined with a deep understanding of physiology and medical terminology to deliver comprehensive patient care while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $124,800.00 – $150,000.00 per year
