SoVous is a boutique-style aesthetic medicine practice and clinical training center on New York’s upper East Side. We offer beauty services ranging from botox and dermal fillers to lasers and skin treatments. Our comprehensive practice takes a patient-centric approach to delivering such services with the clients desires at the center of our focus. Our providers are leaders in the industry offering one-on-one and group training sessions to other providers both locally and nationally. We are expanding and are in search of top-notch individuals to join our team.

Job Description: As the Aesthetic Specialist & Clinical Manager, this pivotal role involves overseeing and managing the delivery of aesthetic clinical services, including injectables and laser treatments, at our esteemed medical spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the clinical team, ensuring a seamless workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in service delivery.

Key responsibilities include performing injectable treatments, laser procedures, and other aesthetic services, in addition to managing and leading a team of clinicians. The Clinical Services Manager will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of treatment protocols, staying abreast of industry trends, and fostering a collaborative and patient-centric environment.

Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must have training and experience with aesthetic procedures, emphasizing injectable fillers, neurotoxins, and laser, light, and energy-based device use, dermal threads & sclerotherapy (3 year minimum to apply)
  • Possession of a valid mid-level provider (PA-C, ARNP) license in the state of New York.
  • Proven track record of successful experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse practitioner in a comparable role within a medical spa, plastic surgery or dermatology office.
  • Self-starter mentality, eager to contribute to business development alongside co-founders, cultivate knowledge from partners, and actively participate in driving overall growth.
  • Results-driven mindset, displaying persistence in accomplishing goals even in the face of obstacles and setbacks; demonstrates the ability to motivate both oneself and others to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of establishing comfortable connections with individuals at all levels, across various functions, cultures, and backgrounds. Builds rapport in an open, friendly, and accepting manner.

Salary: Competitive base salary and bonus structure provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
