We’re working with a mission-driven health center in Manhattan that is looking to add a Physician Assistant to their compassionate care team.This role offers the chance to make a real impact by delivering comprehensive, primary care services to patients from birth through adulthood—with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and continuity of care. We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to work closely with the Medical Director and provide high-quality patient care while contributing to performance and quality initiatives. You will play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of conditions – including chronic disorders and outpatient HIV care – all while supporting the collaborative care model.

What You Will Need:1–2 years of experience in a Family Medicine, Primary Care, Ambulatory Care, or Community Health Care setting.Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Studies program.Current New York State License to practice as a PA.PA-C Certification.DEA Certificate.CPR/Basic Life Support and Infection Control Certifications.A strong sense of teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
