Physician Assistant – Primary Care (Part‑Time or Full‑Time Options)

Location: Northern VirginiaSchedule: Flexible (1–5 days per week)

We are a growing, patient‑centered primary care practice seeking a compassionate, motivated Physician Assistant to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a PA who values autonomy, strong provider support, and a collaborative environment focused on high‑quality, evidence‑based care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including acute visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and wellness exams
• Perform focused physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
• Deliver patient education with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Current Virginia PA license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and patient‑engagement skills

Pay: $27,456.00 – $137,425.86 per year
