Sentient Path is seeking a compassionate, fully licensed therapist to join our growing Aging Well Program in Flower Mound, Texas.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to adults and older adults.
- Complete timely documentation and treatment planning within our electronic health record.
- Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver stress, life transitions, chronic illness adjustment, relationship changes, loneliness, and other emotional concerns.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
- Participate in the continued development of our Aging Well Program.
- Build relationships within the community by networking with physicians, senior centers, independent living communities, assisted living communities, and other referral partners.
- Represent Sentient Path professionally while helping increase awareness of behavioral health services for older adults.

We’ve invested in experienced Medicare billing professionals and established systems so you can spend your time focusing on clinical care—not navigating Medicare billing requirements. Our goal is to make serving Medicare clients simple, efficient, and well-supported.
Qualifications
- Active Texas license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Medicare credentialed or eligible for Medicare credentialing.
- Passion for working with adults and older adults.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable networking and representing the practice within the community.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
- Experience with older adults is appreciated but not required.

Our Ideal Candidate
You are LCSW, LMFT, LPC , PSyD, or will you have one of these within the next 3 months.
You’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, values lifelong learning, and believes mental health care should be accessible throughout every stage of adulthood.

Pay: $50.00 – $75.00 per hour
