Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in the Southtowns area of Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate can be either an experienced provider or a recent graduate who is eager to grow in a collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting patient assessments and evaluations
- Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Providing patient education and follow-up care
Qualifications:
- Current NYS licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Experience with Medent EMR is preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
