Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner who is confident in both clinical decision-making and patient relationships. This role blends medical care and aesthetics, offering a unique opportunity to practice at the intersection of wellness, longevity, and cosmetic medicine.
This is not a high-volume, insurance-based setting. We prioritize quality care, autonomy, and long-term patient relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations (HRT, weight loss, wellness optimization)
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage:
- Hormone replacement therapy (TRT, estrogen, thyroid)
- GLP-1 weight loss medications
- Peptide therapies
- Perform aesthetic procedures (or willingness to train):
- Neurotoxins (Botox/Daxxify)
- Dermal fillers
- Laser
- Monitor labs and adjust treatment protocols
- Provide ongoing patient follow-up and care management
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Qualifications
- Active Nevada Nurse Practitioner license
- Ability to prescribe independently in Nevada
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Interest in longevity, hormone therapy, and aesthetics
- Experience in aesthetics or HRT preferred, but not required
