Duties:
– Provide primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.- Conduct physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as necessary.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.- Utilize management skills to assess patient needs and ensure appropriate utilization of healthcare resources.- Utilize electronic medical record systems, such as Cerner, to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records.- Collaborate with radiologists and other medical imaging professionals to interpret diagnostic imaging results.
Skills:
– Possess excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and the ability to prescribe medications appropriately.- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and proficiency in documenting patient encounters accurately.- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.- Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse patient population and prioritize care effectively.
