We’re hiring passionate, in-person Speech-Language Pathologists – CCC (SLPs) for the 2026/2027 school year all over the Springfield, Massachusetts (MA) area. Job Details:
Full-Time Contract Position (W-2) – Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) Hiring for the 2026/2027 school yearSchedule: 37.5-40 hours per week, aligned with the district’s academic calendarCaseload: Schools: 45-60 students
Compensation:
- Hourly: $60–$70
- Yearly Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Active Massachusetts (MA) State Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license or ability to obtain
- Active ASHA Certificate (not needed for Clinical Fellowship Year – CFY)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with children/adolescents (preferred, not required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess & identify students needing speech and language support.
- Provide individual & group therapy using curriculum-based materials.
- Develop & implement IEP goals to foster student success.
- Create an engaging learning environment to promote communication and growth.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists & supervise support staff.
- Utilize alternative communication systems when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal education regulations.
