Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled surgical Physician Assistant to join a growing ENT and facial plastic surgery practice in the Atlanta metro area.
This is a part-time, surgical-focused role with a consistent weekly OR day, assisting in a range of ENT procedures (including assist-eligible cases) as well as select facial plastic surgery cases.
This role is ideal for a PA who enjoys the OR, values efficiency, and wants to be part of a high-functioning, private practice surgical team.
What You’ll Do
- First assist in ENT surgical procedures (assist-eligible cases) ( ie: thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, neck mass removal )
- Assist in select facial plastic surgery procedures (cosmetic and reconstructive)
- Support operative flow, instrumentation, and efficiency
- Participate in patient prep, positioning, and intraoperative support
- Assist with post-operative care and follow-up as needed
Compensation
- $750–$1,000 per surgical day (based on experience)
- OR $350–$450 per case
- Opportunities for increased earnings with higher surgical volume

Pay: $800.00 – $1,000.00 per day
Experience:
- PAC: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
