Cardiovascular Surgery NP/PA
Join our award winning, nationally top ranked Cardiology and Open Heart Cardiovascular Surgical team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant! Servicing a population of over 300,000 people, our nurse practitioner and physician assistant teams see cases flown in from all over the state. This position will work on the floors and the clinic as well as first assist in surgery including endoscopic vein harvesting.

Compensation:
- Up to $174,000
- + $10,000 sign-on bonus
- + $5,000 relocation bonus
- + $2,500 + 1 week CME allowance
- + 401k match, full benefits, & PTO
- + DEA, license, and malpractice paid
Team and Scope:
- 3 MDs + 4 NP/PAs
- 40% surgery, 40% Floor, 20% clinic/office
- 40% vascular, 25% cardiac, 35% thoracic
- Surgery days begin at 6am, office days begin at 8am
- Call coverage is 1/4 of the month, available by phone but rare for call-backs
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with surgical experience
- Unrestricted license
- Experience in OR required
- Experience with Cardiothoracic and/or vascular patients required
- Endoscopic vein harvesting experience required
- New graduates with requisite exposure welcomed to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $129,000.00 per year
