Full Job Description
The Maxim Clinic is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing wellness and longevity practice serving our Marietta and Norcross locations.
Our clinic focuses on preventative medicine, wellness optimization, medical weight loss, and hormone therapy, helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, evaluations, and follow-up visits
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals
- Prescribe and manage medications and therapies
- Review and interpret laboratory results
- Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, wellness, and preventative health
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Physician Assistant license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and patient-centered care
Preferred Experience
Experience in the following areas is a strong plus:
- Wellness and longevity medicine
- Medical weight loss programs, including GLP-1 therapies
- Hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT and pellets)
- Functional or integrative medicine
- Medical Spa experience

Locations: Marietta, GA & Norcross, GASchedule: Full-time preferred (Part-time considered)
