Full Job Description
We are a growing Personal Injury Neurosurgery Clinic seeking a motivated PA-C or NP to join our team. This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time.
You will work directly with a neurosurgeon in both clinic and outpatient surgical centers managing personal injury cases.
Responsibilities:
- Perform PI-focused evaluations (spine, TBI, nerve injuries)
- Conduct neuro/musculoskeletal exams and review imaging
- Follow structured care model: conservative → interventional → surgical
- Assist in outpatient surgical procedures
- Provide detailed documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- PA-C or NP (active FL license)
- Strong independent clinical skills & time management
- Interest in spine, neurosurgery, or orthopedics
- Willingness to learn PI documentation & workflow

· Compensation: Starting at $80,000+ (based on experience, with growth potential)
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
