We are seeking a motivated and dependable Certified Chiropractic Physician’s Assistant (CCPA) to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, working in a fast-paced clinic, and supporting therapy-based rehabilitation services under the supervision of a licensed chiropractor.
Position Overview
The CCPA will assist with patient flow, therapy support services, clinical operations, and front/back office duties while ensuring patients receive excellent care and attention.
Responsibilities
- Assist chiropractor with patient care and treatment flow
- Set up and guide patients through prescribed therapy services such as:
- Therapeutic exercise
- Stretching programs
- Electrical stimulation setup (when delegated per clinic compliance)
- Hot/cold therapy setup
- Ultrasound & Therapy
- Rehab assistance and patient instruction
- Room preparation and cleaning between patients
- Assist with chart prep and documentation support
- Monitor patient comfort and communicate concerns to provider
- Help maintain organized treatment areas
- Support front desk when needed (scheduling, check-in/check-out)
Qualifications
- Active Florida CCPA certification required
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy office setting
- Experience in chiropractic, physical medicine, rehab, or medical office preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
