Regenerative Medicine & Aesthetics Clinical Lead – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Preferred

Our boutique medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine practice in West Hollywood/Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial clinical leader to help expand our regenerative medicine division while delivering exceptional aesthetic and wellness treatments.

This is a unique hybrid role combining the responsibilities of a clinical provider, practice manager, sales leader, and aesthetic injector. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing treatment protocols, managing a multidisciplinary team, treating patients, and converting consultations into long-term treatment relationships.

What You Will Do

Regenerative Medicine and Clinical Leadership

  • Collaborate with the medical director to develop, implement, and continually improve regenerative medicine, biologic, IV therapy, peptide, and longevity protocols.
  • Conduct patient consultations, review medical histories, assess candidacy, and develop personalized treatment plans within the provider’s scope of practice.
  • Educate patients clearly and responsibly about treatment options, expected outcomes, limitations, risks, and appropriate aftercare.
  • Establish clinical workflows, documentation standards, consent processes, safety procedures, and follow-up protocols.
  • Stay current on emerging research, regulatory developments, treatment techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure all treatments are provided under appropriate physician oversight and in accordance with applicable laws, professional standards, and scope-of-practice requirements.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and coordinate follow-up care.
Aesthetic and Wellness Treatments

  • Perform aesthetic treatments based on training and licensure, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, PRP/PRF treatments, and other advanced injectable procedures.
  • Administer or oversee IV therapies and regenerative wellness treatments according to established protocols.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and create customized aesthetic and wellness treatment plans.
  • Provide pre- and post-treatment education and maintain thorough, accurate patient charts.
  • Capture standardized before-and-after photography and support clinical content when appropriate.
Sales and Practice Growth

  • Take an active role in converting patient inquiries and consultations into scheduled treatments and long-term care plans.
  • Confidently discuss treatment recommendations, pricing, packages, memberships, and financing options.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing patients by phone, text, email, and CRM.
  • Build lasting patient relationships and identify appropriate opportunities for complementary treatments and continued care.
  • Help establish and monitor consultation-conversion, retention, rebooking, and revenue goals.
  • Train and coach staff on patient communication, lead follow-up, service knowledge, and ethical sales practices.
  • Assist with educational events, partnerships, patient outreach, and other practice-growth initiatives.
Team and Practice Management

  • Provide day-to-day leadership to nurses, aestheticians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and front-office staff.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure staff consistently follow clinical protocols and deliver discreet, white-glove patient care.
  • Oversee treatment-room readiness, clinical inventory, medication and supply ordering, product expiration tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Help maintain efficient patient flow and resolve operational or patient-care issues.
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable, sales-conscious, and patient-centered culture.
Who You Are

  • A licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is strongly preferred.
  • Active and unrestricted California professional license in good standing.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in regenerative medicine, medical aesthetics, functional medicine, concierge medicine, plastic surgery, longevity, or a related clinical setting preferred.
  • Experienced with aesthetic injections; formal advanced injection training strongly preferred.
  • Knowledgeable about regenerative treatments, biologic products, IV therapy, peptides, wellness protocols, and emerging longevity treatments.
  • Proven ability to convert consultations, develop treatment plans, generate revenue, and build a loyal patient base.
  • Comfortable managing clinical and administrative staff and holding team members accountable.
  • Highly organized, proactive, polished, and capable of balancing clinical care with operational responsibilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex treatments clearly.
  • Comfortable serving VIP and high-profile patients with professionalism and discretion.
  • Knowledgeable about HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control requirements, documentation standards, and healthcare compliance.
  • Existing patient following is a plus, but not required.
  • Availability for occasional evenings, Saturdays, trainings, and practice events may be required.
The Ideal Candidate

You are not looking for a traditional injector position or a purely administrative management role. You want to help build and lead a growing regenerative medicine program, generate revenue, develop a loyal patient base, and create an exceptional experience from the first inquiry through long-term follow-up.
