Come join an amazing medical team in the South Bay!
Our physician is an interventional pain management specialist. In addition to seeing patients for evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, he also performs interventional procedures at a nearby Surgery Center.
You will see patients for post-procedure follow ups and eventually initial evals as well once you have gained sufficient experience and completed training with the doctor. Regarding medication management, we strongly believe that opioids are not a long term solution for chronic non cancer pain, so as a policy, we don’t prescribe.
Our main location is in Torrance and we have satellite locations in Norwalk and Downtown LA. We are looking for someone to start 1 day a week at our Torrance office with the possibility to travel to our satellite locations for an additional day each week once you are fully trained.
Requirements:
-Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
-Active DEA and CA Controlled Substance license
-ACLS and BLS certification
-Experience with EMR and computer systems
Compensation:
$70+/hr starting (depending on experience)
