What You’ll Do
Clinical Leadership
· Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists and associates
· Support professional growth and clinical development
· Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning
· Assist clinicians in navigating complex cases and ethical considerations
Clinical Excellence
· Review treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
· Support adherence to licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards
· Ensure trauma-informed, client-centered care remains at the forefront of treatment
· Assist with quality improvement initiatives and chart review processes
Team Collaboration
· Partner closely with Operations, Medical, and Clinical Leadership
· Participate in treatment team meetings
· Support a healthy, collaborative workplace culture
· Help solve problems while maintaining a strengths-based approach
Program Development
· Contribute to curriculum development and clinical programming
· Assist in maintaining best practices across levels of care
· Support innovation while balancing compliance and clinical integrity

Qualifications
· Licensed clinician (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist)
· Clinical supervision experience, 2 years required
· Experience working with trauma, mental health, addiction, or co-occurring disorders
· Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
· Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards preferred
· EMDR training a plus

Pay: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour
