Full Job Description
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to provide services in a provider friendly, provider supported, patient care focused environment in a Rural Health Clinic. (Family Practice.) Bilingual Preferred.
Our facility offers on-site Internal Medicine services once per week, along with a counselor available Monday through Friday to support patients’ mental health needs.
The ideal candidate is someone who values independent practice autonomy and can function confidently in a clinic setting, with strong assessment skills. Our clinic operations are highly organized and specifically designed to support the needs of our mid-level providers. Each provider is supported by two Medical Assistants who assist with non-provider tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
