Physician Assistant – Family Medicine

We are a well-established, patient-centered family medicine practice serving the San Diego community since 2010. Our clinic emphasizes high-quality primary care, preventive medicine, and a supportive team environment. Over 50% of our patients are Spanish-speaking only.
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care services under the supervision of a board-certified physician, seeing a diverse adult and family patient population. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish and thrive in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- As per standard practice for PA role in California to work under supervision of MD in Family Practice
Required Qualifications
- Current California Physician Assistant license in good standing
- DEA registration and BLS certification
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with a mixed patient panel (adults and some pediatric/family care)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred) – ability to conduct full visits in Spanish
- 1+ years of outpatient primary care, family medicine, or urgent care experience

Schedule
Full-time (32–40 hours/week). Clinic hours are typically Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm with no weekends or major holidays required. Specific schedule discussed during interview.
