Trusted Hands Internal Medicine is a small, independent primary care practice serving the Inland Empire community. We’re patient-centered to our core — the kind of practice where patients know your name, where you have time to listen, and where the culture reflects the community we serve.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for our first APP to grow with us.

The Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 9:00AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What You’ll Do
──────────────────────────
- Assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients (18+) with acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and comprehensive physical exams
- Manage complex chronic disease panels, including diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia
- See patients in-person and via telehealth
- Partner with MAs and front office staff to deliver a seamless patient experience
- Engage patients in health coaching, medication education, and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EMR system

What We’re Looking For
──────────────────────────
- Active California NP license
- Bilingual English/Spanish required — our community depends on it
- Comfortable managing a broad adult primary care panel independently
- Familiarity with CPT/ICD coding and documentation for billing
- EMR proficiency
- Someone who takes pride in their work, communicates directly, and genuinely cares about patients

Compensation & Benefits

- $110,000–$120,000 W-2 base salary
- No call, no nights, no weekends
- 10 days PTO + 10 paid holidays annually (prorated for 2026 start)
