Our small, specialized practice offers a unique part-time opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Our ideal candidate can work 3 days a week, in both the clinic and operating room, and values meaningful connection with patients and coworkers. Our patients are middle-aged and older adults who suffer from hip and knee pain. We can offer focused, impactful care because we are so specialized. Role Overview:

-Small, specialized practice seeking a dedicated advanced practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)

-Collaborative work with our orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Albert

-Work schedule: 3 days per week

-Clinical duties primarily on Mondays

-2 additional days of surgeries focusing on hip and knee replacements

-Minimal occasional duties on off days (e.g., rounding, emergency surgical cases) with efforts to maintain work-life balance

-Manage minimal after-hours and weekend patient communications, aligning with our elective procedure focus
