Position OverviewWe are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who already holds a current Georgia cosmetic laser certification to join our team as a Laser Machine Technician specializing in tattoo removal. Because we are ready to schedule clients now, we are looking for candidates who can start right away. This role is ideal for a certified medical professional looking to supplement their primary profession with a flexible part-time opportunity in a growing wellness/med spa environment. Prior tattoo removal experience is a plus but not required. We will fully train you on our equipment, treatment protocols, and client care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform safe and effective laser tattoo removal procedures using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Educate clients about the tattoo removal process, including expected results, potential side effects, and aftercare instructions.
• Build trust and rapport with clients by welcoming questions, comments, and dialogue throughout their treatment journey.
• Ensure a positive client experience that encourages follow-up appointments and ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, treatment notes, and comply with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to support clinic operations and deliver a professional, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing.
• Required: current Georgia cosmetic laser certification/licensure through the Georgia Composite Medical Board (GCMB). Applicants without active certification will not be considered at this time.
• Available to start immediately.
• Prior experience with laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, or other aesthetic laser treatments strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a med spa, dermatology, or outpatient clinical setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to put clients at ease.
• Passion for patient care, education, and building long-term client relationships.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Part-time role: 2–3 shifts per week (equivalent to 1–1.5 days per week).
• Shifts can be scheduled as full or half days.
• Hours are generally 10:00am to 6:00pm, 7 days a week (including weekends).
• Additional shifts are available for those who want to increase their workload. This position can flex into a full-time or part-time role depending on your availability and preference.

Compensation & Training

• This is a commission-only role. Earnings are based directly on services performed.
• Compensation is a percentage of every tattoo removal treatment, creating high earning potential for providers who foster strong client relationships and encourage treatment plan completion.
• Additional bonuses for package sales and monthly performance contests provide further income opportunities.
• All initial sales, marketing, and customer outreach are handled by the owner. This role is not responsible for generating business. Shifts chosen by the provider will always have client appointments scheduled in advance.
• No ceiling on earnings. Income is tied to client satisfaction, retention, and sales performance.
• Hands-on onboarding on our laser system, treatment protocols, and aftercare standards is provided. Laser certification must already be in place before your start date.

Pay: $500.00 – $2,000.00 per week
