Now Hiring: Wound Care Provider
We are hiring a Wound Care NP/PA/MD/DO to provide care across skilled nursing facilities in the Stockton, Sacramento, and nearby areas. This is a mobile role with a consistent schedule, defined facility coverage, and structured workflows, ideal for clinicians seeking a focused way to practice.

Your Day-to-Day
- Facility Visits: Travel to skilled nursing facilities to perform wound care rounds, collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, and provide high-quality patient care. Early morning starts may be required.
- Estimated Patient Load: See approximately 10-30 patients per day across assigned facilities.
- Wound Care Expertise: Treat chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds. Responsibilities may include bedside sharp debridement, dressing changes, and feeding tube management. Training is available.
- Documentation: Complete accurate and timely documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Who We’re Looking For
- Preferred: NP, DNP, PA, DO or MD who has extensive clinical/hands-on experience in surgical or sharp wound debridement, feeding tube management, skin graft, has worked with a Skilled Nursing Facility, and has experience working for a wound care company.
- Positive Personality: Someone who is professional, approachable, and able to build good rapport with facility staff and patients.
- Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with care teams.
- Independent & Motivated: You’ll need to be self-driven, an excellent communicator, and able to work autonomously.
- Licensure: Must have an active California NP, PA, MD, or DO license.
- Availability: Open to visiting multiple skilled nursing facilities within Stockton, Sacramento, and nearby areas.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Compensation: $800/day for the first 3 months.
- Production Model: Transition to 35% production compensation beginning in the 4th month.
- Mileage Reimbursement: Details will be discussed with the practice.
- Paid Training: Training is provided for clinicians without prior sharp wound debridement experience, provided you have clinical exposure to debridement during training or school.
- Compensation During Training: Training period is fully compensated.
