Outside Sales Representatives & Sales Manager
Cat Exteriors – Dallas, TX
Earn $100,000–$200,000+ Per Year
Cat Exteriors is growing and is currently hiring Outside Sales Representatives and a Sales Manager who also sells to join our Dallas team.
We’re looking for experienced sales professionals who are motivated, driven, and passionate about helping homeowners with premium energy-efficient home improvement products. The Sales Manager position is a hands-on leadership role that includes managing and coaching the sales team while continuing to sell.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at company-generated appointments.
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations.
- Present premium energy-efficient home improvement solutions.
- Build trust, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
- Recruit and develop top sales talent.
- Maintain personal sales production while managing the team.
- Help drive the success and growth of the Dallas office.

Qualifications
- Previous outside sales or in-home sales experience is required.
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of success.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
- Sales management experience is preferred for the Sales Manager position.
