Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality hormone optimization care at our new Knoxville location. You will play a key role in patient consultations, treatment planning, lab interpretation, and ongoing care in our cash-pay, membership-based model. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider passionate about functional, preventive, and longevity medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial consultations, including detailed health history, symptom assessment, and physical exams.
- Order, review, and interpret comprehensive hormone panels and related labs (using optimal ranges).
- Develop and manage personalized treatment plans for hormone optimization (men and women), including HRT/BHRT, peptide therapy, and related wellness services.
- Provide patient education on treatment expectations, lifestyle factors, and long-term health.
- Monitor patient progress with regular follow-ups and adjust protocols as needed.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team for complex cases.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Support clinic growth through excellent patient experiences and outcomes.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- No weekends or holidays required
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Tennessee.
- DEA license (required).
- Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program.
- Experience in hormone therapy, BHRT, functional medicine, wellness, or related fields strongly preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient education skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing clinic environment with a focus on results.
