Overview

Physician’s Services Group (PSG) is seeking a part-time Float Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support Post-Acute Care facilities throughout the Aiken, SC region. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a collaborative care team focused on improving outcomes for geriatric and post-acute patients.

Schedule and Work Environment

• Part-Time | Flexible Weekday Schedule
• Float coverage within Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute Care facilities in the Aiken market
• No nights or weekends required
• Team-oriented environment with physician and nursing collaboration

What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive post-acute and primary care services
• Perform patient evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up care
• Manage chronic disease and preventative care initiatives
• Help reduce readmissions through proactive patient management
• Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
• Coordinate care with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina NP or PA license, or ability to obtain
• Board Certified (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA, or equivalent)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, hospital, or outpatient care preferred
• Comfortable adapting across multiple facilities and patient populations
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
