Overview
We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking Farm Hand to join our agricultural team. This position mainly cares for chickens and their egg production which includes sorting and packing eggs. Other duties include tending to pigs, sheep, and goats and rotating pasture care such as mowing, weed whacking, fence mending.
Responsibilities
- Work with the daily farm operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Provide care for livestock, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring health.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors, forklifts, and other heavy equipment.
- Perform equipment repairs and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farming tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm environment, including barns and storage areas.
- Keep accurate records of livestock health and equipment usage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
