Are you an ambitious Registered Nurse with a passion for people and a knack for perfect IV sticks? Do you thrive in a fun, sometimes high-energy but overall peaceful in the flow environment (much different than traditional bedside nursing), and want to make a real impact on others’ health?
We want YOU to join our growing team at our IV clinic in Boca Raton! This role involves administering IV hydration therapies infused with vitamins and nutrients, helping to alleviate symptoms such as dehydration, fatigue, hangovers, jet lag, migraines, nausea, and more. It’s a rewarding opportunity to use your clinical skills to enhance patient wellbeing.
We are particularly keen on candidates with experience in infusion, oncology, ER, ICU/Critical care, or pre-operative settings.

What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional IV Skills: If you’re a pro at sticking with the best of them, this is your spot. We use safety catheters with blood control, and we need you to be an expert at it. (If IV skills aren’t your strength, this position isn’t the right fit.)
- People Person: You love connecting with clients and teammates alike. You’re dependable, friendly, and help foster a positive, intentional culture.
- Passion for Health: Whether it’s helping clients with hydration, wellness, or vitamin therapy, you care deeply about the well-being of others.

About You. You…
- are extremely proficient in establishing IVs with more than 3 years of experience
- are ready to learn some new skills, probably some new language and are comfortable with Point of Sale software for sales and scheduling guest appointments
- have an outgoing personality, are friendly, and enjoy making others feel happy
- have the soft skills to match your technical skills
- have a passion for healthy living, wellness and fitness

- Educate guests on the benefits of all our services and how they should be used
- Practice and promote safety when performing services
- Maintain and increase knowledge of the uses of IV as well as the benefits
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
- Assist in all areas of IV Lounge operation as requested by management

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid RN License
- Expert in IV insertion and catheterization
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Russian language is a plus
- Knowledge of EHR systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to get this done
