Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our Internal / Family Medicine team. This role is ideal for a provider who is comfortable managing a high-volume outpatient setting while delivering thorough, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform annual physicals and preventive care visits
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Manage follow-ups and coordinate care with specialists
• Document encounters accurately in EMR (eClinicalWorks)
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active New York State PA license
• Board Certified (NCCPA)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Experience in primary care preferred (new grads with strong training considered)
• Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus

Pay: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per hour
