Full Job Description

Join a premier, fast-growing neurosurgical team dedicated to transforming patient care across San Antonio and its surrounding communities.

The Opportunity We are assembling a bright, energetic team to meet the demands of our rapidly expanding practice. This is not just a job; it is a career-defining opportunity to immerse yourself in the highest levels of clinical care. You will experience unparalleled growth, gaining extensive exposure to complex neuronavigated brain surgery, advanced minimally invasive spine surgery and complex robotic spine surgery.

Camaraderie & Support You will never be on an island. Stepping into this role means joining a highly collaborative and supportive environment. You will partner directly with ten dedicated neurosurgeons and work shoulder-to-shoulder with a tight-knit team of seven exceptional APPs. We believe in mentorship, shared success, and fostering a culture where your expertise is valued and your professional development is a priority.

Dynamic, Fulfilling Work Say goodbye to monotony. This role offers a fast-paced, highly dynamic day-to-day experience for a provider who thrives on multi-tasking and professional independence. Enjoy the autonomy to manage multifaceted responsibilities across our four locations and premier partner hospitals. Every day brings a new chance to make a tangible impact on your patients’ lives.

What You Will Master:

  • Cutting-Edge Operative Techniques: High-level, hands-on surgical experience in a wide variety of brain and spine cases, including robotic-assisted procedures.
  • Critical Care Excellence: Refine your clinical acumen in high-stakes neurosurgical patient management.
  • Comprehensive Care: Seamlessly transition between first-assisting in the OR, conducting hospital rounds, and leading clinic duties.
  • Autonomous Practice: Develop the confidence and skills to thrive as an independent, yet deeply supported, provider.

If you are driven, adaptable, and ready to elevate your career alongside a team that feels like family, we want you with us.
