Job Overview:
We are a private PPO/FFS family dental office looking for someone who would like to work Monday thru Thursday 8am-5pm. The first 3 months is a guaranteed minimum salary of $800 per day with collecting competitive production percentages after that. You will have at least 30 new patients of your own every month treatment planning and completing everything from fillings and crowns to implants and full mouth reconstructions.
The area is growing and we are overflowing with new, great patients. We are currently a team of 2 dentists wanting to expand and have a team of 3 dentists in our office. Our dentists are making over 200,000$ per year doing bread and butter dentistry. Mentoring will be a big part of this associateship. Especially with cosmetic cases, full mouth rehabilitations, and implants if interested. There will always be one experienced dentist in the office to help mentor if desired. New Grads are encouraged to apply to take advantage of this mentorship.
We are seeking a skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care and contribute to the overall success of the clinic being able to present treatment with confidence.
Duties:
– Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canal therapy
– Conduct routine check-ups and examinations
– Administer anesthetics for pain relief during procedures
– Educate patients on oral health and proper hygiene practices
– Maintain accurate patient records using dental clinic systems
– Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical coding standards
Requirements:
– Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
– Active state dental license in good standing either New Grad or experienced dentist
– Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques
– Confidence with diagnosing, treatment planning and case acceptance
– Familiarity with medical records management and vital signs monitoring
– Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
