OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We’re looking for a dedicated, compassionate NP or PA with OB/GYN expertise to join our collaborative team, delivering comprehensive women’s healthcare alongside our physicians.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive health assessments — medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic testing
- Provide routine gynecological care: Pap smears, pelvic exams, contraceptive counseling, and family planning procedures (IUD and Nexplanon insertion/removal, endometrial biopsies)
- Manage prenatal and postpartum care, from initial assessments through follow-up
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic gynecological conditions
- Support patients through menopause and post-menopausal health
- Educate patients on reproductive health, wellness, and preventive care
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
- Prescribe medications and therapies per state law and practice protocol
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
- Minimum 1 year of APP experience
- Current state licensure as a PA or NP
How You’ll Work
- Partner closely with OB/GYN physicians on patient care plans
- Document accurately and timely in the EHR
- Stay current with clinic policies and state/federal regulations
- Engage in quality improvement and continuing education
- Coordinate seamlessly with nursing, medical assistant, and administrative staff
- Refer and coordinate specialist care when needed
Compensation:
- Starting Salary 115,000 to 120,000 per year
- Earning potential of 115,000 to 200,000 per year
