Job Title: Echo Tech / Cardiac SonographerLocation: Plainview, TexasContract Length: 13 WeeksShift: Day Shift – 4×10 Hours (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer for a multispecialty imaging assignment in Plainview, TX. The ideal candidate must be skilled in a broad range of ultrasound and echocardiography procedures and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound and echocardiography procedures
- Conduct adult echocardiograms, contrast echo studies, and stress echo treadmill exams
- Perform general, vascular, OB, fetal, breast, and transvaginal ultrasound exams
- Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient care
- Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled
Requirements
- Minimum recent experience as an Echo Tech / Ultrasound Technologist
- Experience required in:
- General Ultrasound
- Fetal Ultrasound
- OB Ultrasound
- Breast Ultrasound
- Transvaginal Ultrasound
- Vascular Ultrasound
- Echocardiography
- Adult Echo
- Contrast Echo
- Stress Echo Treadmill
- ARDMS and/or CCI certifications preferred
- BLS Certification required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
