Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Bradley Polk Walk-In Clinic, a Rural Health Clinic in Ocoee, Tennessee, is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.
This position combines walk-in/acute care and primary care in a community-focused rural setting. We are looking for a provider who is confident, compassionate, and comfortable managing a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat walk-in and primary care patients
- Perform histories, physical exams, and preventive visits
- Manage acute illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients and coordinate referrals when needed
- Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and RHC initiatives
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and clinic policies
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee NP or PA license
- Current national certification
- DEA registration or eligibility
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or walk-in clinic experience preferred.

Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
