Esthetic Physician Assistant
Location: Flower Mound, Texas

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for esthetic medicine and a strong commitment to patient care. As a PA at our med spa, you will perform a variety of cosmetic and wellness procedures under the supervision of our medical director.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatments for clients
- Perform cosmetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments
- Develop personalized treatment plans for clients
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and manage their expectations
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high standard of care and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in esthetic medicine
- Ensure compliance with all medical protocols and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Valid PA license in the State of Texas
- Certification from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting, preferably in a lead position
- Proficiency in performing cosmetic procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for esthetics and patient care
