Full Job Description

The NP/PA is responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. The NP/PA will perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans. The NP/PA collaborates with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care, with a focus on patient education, preventative care, and health promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments through physical exams and medical history reviews.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including infections, injuries, and diseases.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work, imaging, and EKGs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications.
  • Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in continuing education and stay current with medical advancements.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
