We are seeking a qualified and dedicated healthcare professional to join our team in Texas. Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree and have experience or a keen interest in patient triage, diagnosis, and evidence-based care. As a healthcare provider, you will play an integral role in patient care, addressing barriers such as financial/economic issues, language/cultural differences, and transportation challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient triage, diagnosis, and evidence-based care.
  • Address barriers to diagnosis and treatment, including financial, language, and transportation issues.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks within the healthcare team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing procedures and methods.
  • Problem-solve and find solutions to improve patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and the public, both verbally and in writing.
  • Participate in speaking engagements to raise awareness of diseases and treatment options.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s Degree (BSN, MSN, ANP, or PA licensed in the state of Texas).
  • Licenses/Certifications:
  • BSN, MSN, ANP, or PA licensed in Texas.
  • BLS certification required.
  • ARRT certification required.
  • Experience: 1+ to 2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of medical practices, terminology, and reimbursement policies.
  • Skill in planning, organizing, and supervising.
  • Problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures effectively.
  • Ability to interact well with patients, staff, and the public.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 to $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
  • Benefits: Full benefits package provided.
  • Relocation Assistance: Available.
  • Overtime: Not eligible.
  • Interview Travel: Not reimbursed.
  • Commission: Not eligible.
  • Bonus: Not eligible.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Willing to travel as required.
  • Experience with patient care and healthcare practices is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment.
