Palm Health Resources is currently seeking a highly skilled CTICU APP for an immediate coverage opportunity in Philadelphia.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing post-op cardiac surgery patients, handling pacemakers, central and arterial lines, and ventilator management, as well as performing removal of intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP) and LVADs.
The unit consists of 2-10 beds, with a patient volume of approximately 25 pts. per month. The facility uses Cerner for its EMR system, and the shifts are primarily during the night.

Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates must have proven experience in post-op surgery/ICU, particularly in cardiac surgery. You should be proficient in pacemakers, central/arterial lines, ventilator management, IABP, and LVAD removals. Nurse Practitioners must hold an Acute Care Certificate.
