Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a NP, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients’ conditions- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical interventions when necessary
Experience:To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:- Strong clinical assessment skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Current license in PA
