Alanté Health is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to redefine the future of home-based primary care in Salem, Oregon. Role Summary:

As a PA with Alanté Health, you are at the forefront of providing comprehensive primary care directly to patients in their homes. This role is instrumental in diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions, educating patients, promoting health, and coordinating care to meet each patient’s unique needs.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in physician assistant studies.
  • Current, unrestricted NCCPA certification.
  • Collaborative Practice Agreement with an Oregon licensed physician, which can be arranged by Alante
  • DEA licensure with prescribing and dispensing privileges.
  • Preferred experience with vulnerable populations but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license in Oregon and auto insurance for patient home visits.
