OMC is currently seeking a full-time NP or PA to join our fast-growing company in our established Albany, Oregon location.

We currently have 5 established locations across Oregon: Bend, Springfield, Ontario, Roseburg, and Albany.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform initial patient screenings, comprehensive patient histories, and physical examinations.
- Update patient records and check electronic charts for accuracy at each patient appointment.
- Analyze lab and test data to determine the need for follow-up appointments and individualized treatment options.
- Deliver high-quality care while maintaining company metrics pertaining to productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Serve as an educator and resource for patients needing ongoing care information, counseling, and preventive health guidance.
Job Details & Qualifications:
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
- Schedule: 8-hour shift or 10-hour shift (No nights, no call)
- Employer Type: Clinic Outpatient
- Patient Type: Adults (Men’s and Women’s Health)
- Medical Specialty: Primary Care, Specialized Hormone Therapy, Family Practice, Weight Loss, Reproductive Endocrinology
- Education & License Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent from an accredited NP or PA program
- Unencumbered Oregon Medical License (Required)
- Active DEA Certificate (Required)
- BC/BE (Preferred)
