OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Rheumatology experience, to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating a variety of rheumatic diseases, including arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune disorders. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to diagnose rheumatic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists in sports medicine, geriatrics, emergency medicine, pain medicine, and hospice care.
- Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options to promote adherence and improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper coding for billing purposes.
- Stay updated on advancements in rheumatology and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Current Oklahoma medical, OBNDD and DEA licensure
- Previous experience in a clinical setting focusing on rheumatology is preferred.
- Familiarity with related fields such as otolaryngology or sports medicine is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, including geriatric populations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
