About the Position: Are you interested in working with an established and dynamic organization with proven practices and drive to excel? Join our team of dedicated and experienced medical staff who specialize in providing outstanding psychiatric services for adults. This position provides direct psychiatric services for patients. Assists in planning, organizing, coordinating and directing professional service activities and programs assigned. Performs related work as required. About us: Located in the OKC metro, OCCIC and OCRU provides non-hospital emergency intervention for adults dealing with mental health, substance abuse, or co-occurring issues. This position will be responsible for working as part of a treatment team to provide case management for facility consumers. The treatment philosophy is trauma sensitive, co-occurring, person-centered and recovery-oriented in nature. Job Type/Salary:

- Annual Salary is $118,576.50
- Total Compensation range of $133,929.00 to $146,640.00, depending on the number of covered dependents. Compensation range to include base salary, retirement, and benefits allowance to help you pay for your benefits.
- Primary Working Hours are 8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday. This is an in-person position
- FLSA Status: Exempt
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) preferred or a newly graduated FNP/PMHNP. Licensure as an advanced practice registered nurse by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing to include prescriptive authority. Or a graduate of an approved nurse practitioner program, with state licensure and certification in this specialty and prescriptive authority from state, or graduate of a licensed program that meets the eligibility requirement of state and federal licensure regulations. Drug enforcement administration (DNA) is required.
- Physicians’ Assistant requires Certification as a physicians’ assistant by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners and national certification as a Physician’s Assistant by the National Commission for Certification of Physicians’ Assistant.

- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
