SUMMARY
Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Services Coordinator (BSC) to support our ALTA Survey Division. This role is critical to managing a high volume of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), coordinating proposal activity, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of proposals daily in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct property research to support accurate scoping and quoting
- Communicate with land surveyors to obtain pricing, timelines, and required information
- Track proposal status and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Manage and track a high volume of proposal requests daily
- Coordinate multiple deadlines and priorities in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Maintain organized records and tracking systems for all proposal activity
- Communicate as needed with Relationship Managers, peers, and business partners to support client needs

Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative, coordination, or operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Experience in engineering, construction, real estate, or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.
COMPENSATION
Salary range is $20 to $22 per hour. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.
The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
