Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings, utilizing your extensive clinical expertise to improve health outcomes. You will collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care. We have Clinic based and Telemedicine options
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories
- Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing laboratory tests, medical imaging, sonography, and other clinical tools
- Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Practice fusion or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records
- Engage in telehealth consultations to extend care access and improve patient engagement across diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities
Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in working with complex patient populations including those in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice & palliative care settings, or post-acute care environments
- Experience with a broad range of specialties including gastroenterology, infectious disease care, behavioral health, geriatrics, pediatric care (including neonatal ventilator management), and occupational health
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Practice Fusion or Cerner; proficiency in CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD-9 & ICD-10) for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Skilled in performing diagnostic procedures like venipuncture and phlebotomy.
- Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation law and utilization review processes to support comprehensive case management efforts
- Prior involvement in clinical research or teaching hospital environments is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of physiology knowledge for accurate patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation across various age groups from infants to seniors

Pay: $10,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month
