As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs on our equipment, machinery, and facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and fabrication principles. **Responsibilities**
– Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs.
– Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, machinery, and facilities
– Read and interpret schematics and technical documents to understand and repair complex systems
– Work with logic controllers and other electronic components to ensure seamless operation
– Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and keeping the work area clean and organized
– Track maintenance activities and manage work orders
– Collaborate with supervisor to ensure effective maintenance and repair processes
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
– Transport residents to appointments as needed.

**Skills**
– Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
– Proficiency in welding and fabrication
– Familiarity with schematics and technical documents
– Knowledge of logic controllers and electronic components
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to supervise and train junior technicians
– Effective communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
– Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, bending, and other physically demanding tasks
– High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or degree in a related field preferred.
Drivers License required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
