Full Job Description
Halim Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team in a part-time clinical role. We are looking for a provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Position Type
- Part-Time/As-needed
Required Availability
Applicants must be available for the following shifts:
- Monday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting
- Obtain medical histories and perform physical examinations
- Diagnose illnesses and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
- Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice
- Educate patients on preventive care and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications
- Current and active NP or PA license in the State of Ohio
- Board certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Prior outpatient or urgent care experience preferred
- EMR experience
