Oakland Medical is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. We are a solo family practice in Deer Park, NY, offering a comfortable, organized and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with in person and virtual visits- Collaborate with supervising physicians- Provide primary healthcare services to patients ages 12+- Conduct physical exams and patient assessments- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
Experience:- Mandatory at least one year experience managing your own patient panel
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Active NY state license
– Masters Diploma from certified Physician assistant program
– NCCPA certified
– Preferred multilingual i.e. urdu, hindi, spanish.
-Compensation options include 1099 or W2 with starting ranging from $70-$80/hour based on experience or $130k-$175k per year
